Dr Kojic graduated 1995 from Veterinary Faculty – University of Belgrade in Serbia. After graduation he worked for 4 years in a mixed animal practice.
He came to Canada in 1999. He successfully passed in 2002 Clinical Proficiency Examination of the National Examining Board at Western College of Veterinary Medicine, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Dr Kojic worked for eleven years as a associate veterinarian in Mississauga, Oakville area. He is very excited about the opportunity to start his own practice in Hamilton, the city that has a special meaning for him as a place where he started his Canadian adventure. Although he likes all aspects of Veterinary Medicine, he has developed a special interest in surgery, anesthesiology, dentistry and preventative medicine.
Dr Kojic has completed Continuing Education Courses from the Life Learn Center at the University of Guelph in Small Animal Ultrasound, Cruciate Surgery, Fracture Fixation, Patellar Luxation Surgery, Advanced Surgical Ophthalmology and Radiography. He has also attended principal and advanced orthopaedic courses with AOVET. He enjoys challenging cases and provides the optimal diagnostic and treatment recommendation for each patient. He remains current with all aspects of veterinary medicine by attending seminars, courses and conferences.
Dr Kojic had several special pets over the years. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, travelling and spending time with his wife, daughter and son.
